This hotel is luxurious. The exclusive amenities included a beautiful Spa center and wellness retreat. The service was impeccable, especially during our massage treatments. The fantastic outdoor swimming pool area offered comfortable sun loungers with easy beach access. The restaurant offered a great selection of special diet menus.

The Karaoke night at the hotel was too loud, it was difficult finding a quiet place to retreat.

Great location within walking distance to the beach and bazaar, comfortable and modern rooms with daily cleaning service, and delicious food with plenty of variety and fresh ingredients. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained during our stay.

The Wi-Fi was only available in the public areas and was unreliable at times, and the animation program was not the best we have seen. Some of the amenities could use some updating, but overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for a city trip.

We had an amazing time during our new year stay! The hotel offered great facilities such as a fantastic spa and a spacious beach area. Also, the rooms were fully equipped with all necessary amenities. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its location, right in the middle of a green area, surrounded by beautiful trees, which created a relaxing atmosphere for us to enjoy. Additionally, the hotel provided an excellent variety of food options available at any time of the day.

That the restaurant area was a bit crowded, especially during peak hours. However, the staff did their best to maintain a clean and tidy environment. Nonetheless, it was not a big issue, and it did not affect the enjoyable experience we had at the hotel. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to spend a great holiday with excellent service and quality facilities.
